Although I’m lactose intolerant, I endured the drawbacks just to enjoy some of Reed’s amazing ice cream. They recently opened a new location in southwest Boise. What a great treat for those outside their original home town. I will say I’m not font of the toasted cheese sandwich. Too much unique taste.

Reed's Dairy has great lunch specials! Grilled Cheese sandwiches are just okay but Reed's Dairy takes them to a higher level - perfection! Their tomato soup is like no other. It's a warm, fuzzy lunch on these cold winter days.

Outstanding Huckleberry ice cream, cheese curds and chocolate milk. I used to love coming here as a young adult until we moved out of state. I brought my children and introduced them today. Reed’s Dairy have expanded to a new building for the ice cream parlor (and sandwiches) along with a small petting zoo. Cow #161 tried to lull me to the fence to see her. Definitely will return when we come through Idaho Falls again.

Some of the best milk and ice cream I've ever had. The ice cream is so creamy it's insane, and you know it's fresh too because you can see (and smell lol) the farm. They have great selections of cheese, and good lunch deals too.

Nice new building with plenty of seats. The ice cream was incredible. Kids had fun seeing the baby animals and the cows.

BEST ICECREAM SHOP EVER! Highly recommend bubble bear, chocolate milk, grilled cheese sandwiches... and everything else in the store. Great location my kids love going for the ice cream and have so much fun looking at the animals. Forever reed’s dairy fans!

They just built a new ice cream store! Who doesn't love ICE CREAM! I only gave four stars because of the $$ and the cow stink. It kinda runs the ice cream of the taste of the ICE CREAM! Just saying! Overall great experience. A local favorite. They also do home delivery of fresh milk in the new age Plastic milk bottles...that look old school...glass ones would be pretty cool but gotta go with the times....just like my crazy wife....out with the old in with the new...luckily she hasn't traded me in yet...lucky me!
